Yoga-Stretch

This class blends yoga breathing techniques and postures with ‘AIS’ techniques (Active Isolated Stretching) to help you release tightness and open the body. Progressive relaxation and hip and shoulder opening postures will help you re-energize and release stress. Active isolated stretching is the state of the art in stretching and opening the body’s joints and tight soft-tissue. Learn these techniques and free yourself from joint-pain and tightness forever!
Do you crave yoga’s benefits but do not feel strong or flexible enough to do a complete session? Then, this class is for you. Yoga–stretch will also help those who have limited range of motion due to lack of exercise, injuries, stress or age.
